3. Account Monitoring & Termination
3.1 Bitpips.co reserves the right to monitor all user activity on our platform for fraud prevention and policy enforcement.
3.2 The company maintains the full authority to deactivate or suspend any account if suspicious, unauthorized, or non-compliant activity is detected, without prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds for staking plans are subject to special processing conditions and are generally not issued until the end of the staking period, which is 16 months from the date of investment.
4.2 Bitpips.co may consider refund requests only under exceptional circumstances, and all decisions in such cases are at the sole discretion of the company.
